A generous four en-suite bedrooms country villa with private swimming pool and tranquil garden. The house has great indoor and outdoor space with excellent views, and will ensure you have a relaxing holiday as you enjoy the peace and quiet of Constantia. The generous patio is ideal for endless family lunches.

Privacy and security with high quality finishes. The best of Cape and European aspects - cool in summer and warm in winter with several fireplaces (two inside and two outside). Totally private and secure, Lombardie is well appointed with excellent kitchenware, appliances, cutlery and crockery. Charles lives on the premises and is at hand to help with everything - please tip him accordingly. There is a scullery so he can wash up discreetly. The European owners are stylish and spend just two months a year here - they are very discerning and we only accept guests with strong 5-star review history. Note no parties or events, please enquire for shoot rates as they are about double.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole house plus garden driveway and double garage.

Note there is a cottage on the property but it has its own driveway and no shared spaces. One should not hear or see a cottage guest.

Constantia is the most desirable and leafiest suburb of Cape Town.
