Villa Maison is a superbly positioned luxury villa, with arguably Cape Towns finest 360 degree views, encompassing Camps Bay, Lions Head & Table Mountain.

This unique home offers a saltwater heated pool. Six themed bedrooms, each boasting its own character based on iconic locations & figures in society, with a seamless flow between the indoor & outdoor entertainment area and a large garden. The villa is inclusive of two staff members from Monday to Saturday, Sunday on request.

The villa’s décor which was created by an internationally renowned interior designer, is of top quality with imported pieces that give the home a unique feel, with vibrant colours complimenting the various areas throughout the house.

Is situated on the lowest (3rd Level) of the home offering the perfect environment, to watch movies at any time of day without disturbing the other guests.

The Kitchen:

Is fully equipped, including an integrated gas hob and oven as well as a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The secluded scullery area offers a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer for personal use.

Security:

The property offers a fully secure environment, with outdoor beams, electric fencing and passive internal motion sensors.

Parking:

We have two enclosed secured parking spaces on the premises and additional street parking.

Guests will have their own private entrance and access to the full house.

Guest will be met at check-in and we will remain in contact during their stay to make sure they have a perfect holiday. Please note there is a R1000 late check in fee for check-ins after 8pm, payable to the property manager.

Camps Bay has it all, including stunning beaches, nice walks to Clifton, trendy restaurants, great shopping, and a small beachfront market. It's a lovely, safe neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive to the city centre and the V&A Waterfront.

A Über is only R30 to Campsbay and R50 to town, I also offer chauffeur drive service (mini bus) for R3600 a day. This is from 8 am to 6 pm.

Additional Rules:

• Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons on the reservation contract. No loud noise or parties are permitted.
• We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can fix them more efficiently, limiting any costs incurred.
• Parties: Parties are strictly forbidden. Should you wish to request approval to host a lunch or dinner during your stay, we will require you to agree to our terms and conditions. No DJs allowed but any background music will need to be turned down at 10 pm.
• Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by the tenant.
