Set on Beach Road, the apartment looks out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Green Point Urban Park, and the Cape Town Stadium, and is an ideal base for exploring Cape Town.

Spacious living and dining areas are open-plan and naturally lit by large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that offer spellbinding views that span from Signal Hill and Lion’s Head to the ocean. An open-plan living area has a stylish leather couch and ottoman and wall-mounted flat-screen television and seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen area and the outdoor balcony.

The dining area has a six-seater dining table, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons needs for a hassle-free stay, including a gas-top stove, a fridge, a microwave, and plenty of storage space. There is also a neat four-seater breakfast bar for alfresco meals.

The living and dining areas flow out onto a large, covered balcony with gorgeous sea views. The balcony is also accessible to two of the bedrooms and has comfy outdoor furniture.

Beautifully decorated in rich earthy tones, the master bedroom is sunny and bright with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. This spacious room has ample cupboard space, and a ceiling fan, and opens onto the balcony with lovely views of the sea.

The second bedroom has a double bed, a ceiling fan, and a separate bathroom with a shower. A washing machine and a tumble dryer can be found in this bathroom tucked neatly away beneath the basin. The third bedroom has a double bed, a standing fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is situated directly across the road from the Mouille Point lawns and beach and has secure off-street, undercover parking. The apartment is within walking distance of the beautiful Green Point Urban Park, several excellent restaurants, and the V&A Waterfront.
