Our apartment is located in the heart of Cape Town with a beautiful view of Table Mountain and within walking distance to many attractions and transport - V&A Waterfront, CTI Convention Centre, vibey de Waterkant restaurants, and on the fan walk to Green Point Stadium. We offer 2 double beds: open plan main bedroom divided by a built-in cupboard and second bedroom with a screen for privacy.

Space

Without a doubt the most central location in Cape Town with easy access to supermarkets, public transport, and shops. Views from the balcony of the mountain, and spacious entertainment area for dining or lounging.

Please note that this apartment is strictly non-smoking as there are smoke detectors inside the apartment which will activate an alarm. Although we are experiencing a drought, we are not affected and just encourage guests to use water sparingly.

Access

We have self check-in and parking on the same level as the apartment. Please note that the address is 32 Prestwich Street, corner of Prestwich and Chiapinni and not 34 as on Google maps.
Guests have full access to the unit as well as the allocated parking bay.

Neighbourhood

De Waterkant is, in truth, a modernized rendition of the Bo-Kaap and lies just next to this same suburb. This is a trendy area that has maintained, and even accentuated, the colorful, bright semi-detached houses - restoring them into fashionable cottages that, together with the cobbled, tree-lined streets and spectacular views, bring to mind New York’s Greenwich Village and London’s Soho.
