- Travel cost: R200–R500 per day, depending on the area.
- Staff accommodation may be required, depending on the area.
- Public holidays and festive season rate: time and a half.
- Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day: double time.
- Valid for the 2026 season.
- All services are subject to availability and require adequate lead time.
