Anella Villa is a magnificent three level, 5 bedroom villa offering a serene and private space with stylish furniture and fittings.

One enters the villa where you will find the kitchen, dining and living areas. The lounge area flows onto a wooden terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Twelve Apostles mountain range.

All of the bedrooms are en-suite. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the top floor with the 5th bedroom located on the bottom floor.

On the lower level there is a further lounge and entertainment area that includes a pool table and bar area that leads onto the spacious pool deck.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation home that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Should you proceed with a booking, no compensation can be offered on arrival or during the stay as a result of the construction. Builders holidays usually last from 15 Dec - 15 Jan. An ideal situation for those who want to stay in a luxury villa and are away during the day.
