With sea views from the main bedroom, living areas, and balcony, the apartment features three king-sized bedrooms, each with an en-suite. The spacious main bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, sea view, and en-suite with a double vanity, opens to a balcony that invites the breeze and the sounds of the waves. Two additional king-sized bedrooms provide the same level of comfort, with one offering mountain views and the other sea views, both with their own en-suites.

The kitchen is equipped for easy living, with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, and breakfast bar. The open-plan living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining, with sea views, a gas fireplace, and a bar area. The balcony includes dining for four, making it the ideal setting for al fresco meals. Thoughtful touches like a portable backup system ensure peace of mind, offering a serene escape with every convenience.

Load-Shedding Backup:

There is a portable backup system for the Wi-Fi and mobile phone charging.

Housekeeping:

This home has housekeeping Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Strictly non-smoking, whether inside or outside the property.

Noise Policy:

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise-monitoring device.

Cameras:

Exterior cameras monitor the building exteriors and building entrances and exits.

Parking:

Two dedicated parking garages are available. The parking garages do not accommodate large vehicles or vans.
