As you step into the apartment, a spacious entrance hall welcomes you, leading directly to the lower level. Here, you will find the living area and the third bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen, raised and seamlessly integrated with the inviting lounge and dining room, provides a cosy space for evenings spent with friends and family. The first private balcony offers spectacular views and is the perfect place to start up the barbecue.

Effortlessly prepare delicious meals on the modern stove and state-of-the-art appliances, and savour intimate dinners at the generous six-seater dining table. Enjoy the convenience of a snug three-quarter bed in the third bedroom, along with a separate guest toilet.

On the second level, discover the two main bedrooms, both facing the sea and offering direct access to the shared balcony. One bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, while the other enjoys access to a separate full bathroom. Step out onto the expansive balcony and relish the breathtaking summer sunsets that grace Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard shoreline.

The third level provides a relaxed and informal entertainment lounge area with a flat-screen Tv, comfortable sofa, and air conditioning—a perfect spot to unwind on a leisurely summer day.

The complex features a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy, providing a refreshing respite after a delightful day in the warm sun.

Rates for 2026/27 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. Construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction – September 2024.

This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel-grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

The manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly (via email or text message) to verify your identity and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The property manager reserves the right to charge an extra damage deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

Electricity:

South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions) over the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app: Esp – The Load-Shedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate or city council for this area. Therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions:

  • No parties of any kind are to be held at the property.
  • No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
  • No hooting or shouting in the street at any time, day or night.
  • Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of all-solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child-safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

  • Daily housekeeping is not included in the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The property manager requires housekeeping to occur at least once a week for every week of your stay.
  • Standard amenities, e.g. Wifi and Dstv if applicable, will be included.
  • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
