This apartment is a stunning, modern and recently renovated two bedroom apartment in the heart of Mouille Point’s “Platinum Mile”.
The main living area is the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with an adjoining balcony.
The lounge is large, and has plenty of relaxing space on its sleek leather couches. It looks out directly onto the Atlantic and Robben Island beyond. It has a large plasma screen television and a full suite of close to 100 satellite channels.
The kitchen is fully appointed with your every need seen to; oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher are all available, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are hidden away in a laundry cupboard.
The kitchen opens up onto the balcony via fully stackable concertina doors, so on a warm summer’s night you feel as though you are on a boat, cooking with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks, and the smell of the sea in the room.
The balcony is generous, and the perfect spot to unwind for a few hours. The apartment looks directly onto Cape Town harbor’s primary shipping lane, so you can unwind for hours watching as ships from every corner of the globe sail into and out of the harbor.
The bedrooms are both located at the back of the apartment. Both have ample cupboard space, and both are tastefully furnished and have beautiful photographs adorning the walls.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower and doubles as the guest toilet.

Great location, very clean and spacious, amazing view and very easy check in and check out. The main bedroom has air conditioning. Best part is the sound and smell of the ocean

We made the right choice with this flat in Cape Town. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the layout and amenities were practical for our one-week stay. There are several good restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the easy walk to the V&A Waterfront, which was convenient. While the location on a busy road was at times a bit loud, it wasn't a problem for sleeping as the bedrooms face the mountain side. The area feels safe, also in the evening. All staff were very helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

We had incredible days in this apartment ❤️ The apartment is very comfortable and the view is breathtaking. We were warmly welcomed by the team at this place and received full support during our stay. The rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped, also with a washer and dryer. It's an excellent value for money in Cape Town.

Right on the Ocean front with incredible view. All kitchen and laundry supplies provided. Maid services are included during weekdays which is a plus. Emergency lights in the corridors and bedroom nightstands will ride through load shedding. The elevator does not work during load shedding but will open to allow egress. The host is run by a team that is super responsive. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed the next day.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe area. The view from the window is breathtaking - large windows enhance the view even more. Close to V&A Waterfront - a good starting point for various trips. The apartment is clean, although it could use a little refreshment. The living room and kitchen are quite loud - however, it didn't bother us at all, as the bedrooms are located on the courtyard side and we could sleep in silence. The layout of the apartment and 2 bathrooms are a big plus.

This apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was so beautiful and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Cape Town. I would highly recommend and definitely return if I ever am lucky enough to return to South Africa.

Fantastic apartment with the most stunning views and everything you could need (we were there for a week). Very safe and easy walk to the V&A Waterfront and also has some great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a little bit of noise from the road and a bit of construction talking place down on the shore but the bedrooms are very quiet and we slept very well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
