Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in an upmarket, safe and secure residential area situated on the slopes of Table Mountain and Devil's Peak. The apartment has amazing views of Signal hill, the city and the harbor below. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a 5 minute drive to the city center, and a 10 minute drive to the V&A waterfront, Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The Space:

This bright and airy apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The interior has a well-fitted open-plan kitchen, dining area and living space which leads onto one of the most stunning features of this apartment, a large balcony surrounded by greenery with incredible views. The outside balcony area is designed to make the space as usable and comfortable as possible with protected seating for maximum relaxation. The bedroom boasts large windows with views and a king-size bed and en suite bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

There is a parking bay reserved for guests - please note it's only suited for small cars, and requires care in reversing as it is on a slope!

For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
