The main bedroom features a king size bed, TV, air conditioning and a walk-in closet, along with an open ensuite bathroom including a bath, shower and double vanity, plus direct access to the outdoors. The second bedroom similarly offers a king bed, TV, and air conditioning, with its own dedicated bathroom fitted with a shower and single vanity, and outdoor access as well.

The open-plan living and dining area seats four and includes a TV, air conditioning and a gas fireplace, opening onto a deck with sea and garden views. There is also a guest toilet with a single vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, bean coffee machine, breakfast bar for four and a washer/dryer. Outdoors, a seating area for four and a gas BBQ make the most of the setting.

Residents of The Waterclub benefit from a private marina, communal swimming pool and gardens, all within a secure, 24-hour monitored estate. Secured parking and building security are included, with the Mouille Point Promenade just a short stroll away.

Housekeeping is included Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Children of all ages are welcome.

This property is strictly non-smoking indoors but allows smoking outside.

For safety and security, the estate exteriors and entrances/exits are monitored by CCTV.

A dedicated parking bay is available for guest use in a communal parking area.
