Perfectly located within the cultural quarter of the city, near the lush greenery of The Company Gardens. The Space:

The apartment has been completely renovated with lush modern furnishings, appliances, and finishes throughout. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the space the perfect base from which to explore the city, mountains, and beaches.

Bedroom 1:

A comfortable Queen-size bed is provided in the room for a restful night's sleep. For added flexibility and comfort, take a refreshing shower in the standalone bathroom opposite right opposite the entrance area.

Very Important Regarding Pool, Gym & Parking:

There's no parking in the apartment building but we've arranged dedicated parking bays, pool, and gym access in a separate building (ADDERLEY PARK), 50-80 meters from the Church Square House building entrance. The Adderley Pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. Outside of these hours, use of the POOL and DECK is strictly prohibited. ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited at the pool.

• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 4 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
