Very Important Regarding Pool, Gym & Parking:

There is no parking in the apartment building, but we have arranged dedicated parking bays, pool, and gym access in a separate building (Adderley Park), 50–80 metres from the Church Square House building entrance. The Adderley Pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. Outside of these hours, use of the pool and deck is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the pool.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than four guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 p.m.).
