The 14th-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the Cape Town night skyline and daytime city views with a glimpse of Table Mountain in the background.

The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking, and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city, and mountains.
