Special note, the building is unaffected by loadshedding/power outs!

The Space:

This modern studio apartment features cleaver compact design with all the essentials. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony with 19th floor views of the ocean, Lion's Head and Signal Hill.

There is a sleeper couch which is available by request only, and only for a child.

The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains.
