• Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
• Please note that smoking is prohibited in all parts of the building. Any guest found to be smoking will be charged a fine of R5,000.00.
• Please note that you are required to have your valid physical identification document (Id, passport or driving licence) on arrival for check-in.
• A refundable damages deposit of R5,000 is required to secure your reservation.
• Please note there is ongoing construction nearby and you may hear noise during the day.

Digital copies, photographs on mobile phones, screenshots, scanned copies or printed copies of identification documents will not be accepted. To avoid any delays or denied access upon arrival, please ensure that you bring your original physical Id or passport with you for check-in.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
