Fire Compliance:

Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them by smoking is strictly prohibited. A r2000 fine will be charged per incident. Tampering with fire safety equipment is a criminal offence and will be reported to the South African Police Service.

Please note that the building management requires all guests to present a valid physical Id or passport at check-in.

Digital copies, photographs on mobile phones, screenshots, scanned copies, or printed copies of identification documents will not be accepted. To avoid any delays or denied access upon arrival, please ensure that you bring your original physical Id or passport with you for check-in.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
