This modern studio apartment features vibrant and cosy furnishings. It has a kitchen, a comfortable queen-size bed, a television with Netflix, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 18th floor is ideal for taking in the Cape Town night skyline and daytime city views, with Table Mountain views in the background.

The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking, and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains.
