The building has 24-hour security and access control, secure covered parking and lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains.

Please be advised that the pool deck is scheduled for renovation starting in June 2025. During this time, there will be periods of demolition noise and limited access to the pool deck. The construction is expected to take approximately six weeks.

To Note:

Be mindful of your electricity usage. Please note that electricity token purchases are capped at Zar1,500 per guest; excessive usage and additional purchases will be billed to the guest. Average electricity costs are Zar1,000 per month, so you will most likely not exceed this.

Important Check-In Requirement:

Please note that the building management requires all guests to present a valid physical Id or passport at check-in. Digital copies, photographs on mobile phones, screenshots, scanned copies or printed copies of identification documents will not be accepted. To avoid any delays or denied access upon arrival, please ensure that you bring your original physical Id or passport with you for check-in.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
