A fully equipped kitchen allows for hassle-free holiday living with modern appliances, an oven and hob, and a microwave. A scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine and a separate laundry area has a tumble dryer and another fridge for extra storage.

The bedrooms are a study in elegance and style with beautiful décor in cream and white tones and breathtaking ocean views. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a king-size bed and carpeted floors. Glass sliding doors open onto the pool area and welcome ocean views in, and a ceiling fan keep the room cool in summer. An en-suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and comfy armchair and opens onto a sunny courtyard with trees. This room has both a ceiling fan and air-conditioning and shares a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower.

The third bedroom boasts a beautiful garden and ocean views with access to the garden through a glass door. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and air-conditioning, and shares a bathroom with a corner bathtub and a shower. The fourth bedroom is a cozy enclave off the laundry room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The house has a garage for secure off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm. This is a dedicated year-round vacation home that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities.
