Beautifully decorated in contemporary, country-chic décor, the living and dining spaces seamlessly connect with the outside entertainment area through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The lounge has plush couches, comfy armchairs, and a fireplace, while the dining area features an eight-seater dining table with elegant chairs.
A fully equipped kitchen allows for hassle-free holiday living with modern appliances, an oven and hob, and a microwave. A scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine, and a separate laundry area has a tumble dryer and another fridge for extra storage.
The bedrooms boast beautiful décor in cream and white tones and breathtaking ocean views. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a king-size bed and carpeted floors. Glass sliding doors open onto the pool area and ocean views, and a ceiling fan keeps the room cool in summer. An en-suite bathroom has a corner bath and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a comfy armchair, and opens onto a sunny courtyard with trees. This room has both a ceiling fan and air conditioning and shares the family bathroom, which features a bathtub and shower.
The third bedroom boasts beautiful garden and ocean views with access to the garden through a glass door. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning, and shares the family bathroom with a corner bathtub and a shower. The fourth bedroom is a cosy enclave off the laundry room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The house has a garage for secure off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.
Rates for 2026/27 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. Construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding and comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel-grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The property manager reserves the right to charge an extra damage deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

Electricity:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the app: ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.
Noise Control:
This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and/or city council for this area. Therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions:
- No parties of any kind are to be held at the property.
- No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on weekends.
- No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
- Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and they should not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.
Travel Insurance:
It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.
Groups:
No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.
Children:
Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
Monthly Stays:
Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
- No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The property manager requires housekeeping to happen at least once a week for every week of your stay.
- Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DSTV, if applicable, will be included.
- Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
- Garden and pool services will be included when available.
