This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel-grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Truvi directly via email or text message to verify your identity and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Camps Bay Grace is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate or city council for this area. Therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions:

  • No parties of any kind are to be held at the property.
  • No noise or music of any nature that can be heard by neighbours is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
  • No hooting or shouting in the street at any time, day or night.
  • Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
