This luxurious and well designed apartment is located a stones throw from the V&A Waterfront with incredible canal views from the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washer and dryer combo machine, pool in the building, 24 hour security and reception desk, air-conditioning in the unit, and the full DSTV package available.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building and is not impacted by load shedding. You will always have power at the apartment.

Space

This one bedroom and one bathroom apartment is fully equipped with every amenity needed to ensure a comfortable and easy stay. Located within walking distance from the V&A.

There is a hop-on, hop-off canal boat that stops in front of the building. This boat can take you to the CTICC and V&A. Tickets and day passes can be purchased on-board the boat.

There is also a gas barbeque for guest use on our patio with beautiful views.

We have an allocated parking bay which is for your use during your stay.

Access

Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment and the parking bay during their stay.

Uber is reliable and convenient.
If you would like to bring your own vehicle we do have an allocated parking bay available for use.

Notes

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. We do have one secure allocated parking bay

There are also reference books, board games, picnic goodies as well as beach items you are welcome to use during your stay, please ensure to place them back in the apartment once you have finished using them.

There is also an Honesty Bar in the apartment for guests to use, if you choose to enjoy a bottle of wine, please leave R150 cash on top of the wine crate :)
