House Rules

South Africa experiences periods of load shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions). To ensure your comfort, the villa is equipped with an inverter system to keep the home powered during these times. Guests can also download the 'ESP - The Loadshedding App' to stay updated with scheduled times.

This property is situated in a quiet residential area and guests are required to adhere to strict noise control measures. No parties are permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00 on weekdays, and 22:00 to 07:00 on weekends.

It is highly recommended that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for personal belongings.

Bookings from groups of solo travellers or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.

While children are welcome, please be aware of safety aspects such as balconies, split-level terraces, and the swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

For monthly stays, electricity is charged to the guest's account. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost. Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DSTV are provided.
