The interiors have been elegantly furnished, and the villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Cape Town.

Space:

There are three levels, each of which has its own terrace from which you can relax and watch the sunset, close enough to hear the ocean.

On the entrance level of the property, you will find two of the bedrooms. One is the master suite, featuring a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bath overlooking the ocean.

The second bedroom, which is the smallest, offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the top terrace.

One floor down, on the middle level, is the spacious living area with an open-plan dining room and kitchen. This leads out to a terrace with a sparkling plunge pool. The kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences, featuring mainly Smeg appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. The fifth bedroom is located just off the pool with separate access via the scullery. This bedroom offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom; while this room is not as luxurious as the other four bedrooms, it is perfect for children or an au pair.

Finally, on the lower level, you will find an additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. These two bedrooms also have access to a separate terrace with artificial grass, outdoor seating, and ocean views.

This is a dedicated, year-round, self-catering holiday rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding and comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services upon request, and hotel-grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Truvi directly via email or text message to verify your identity and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The property manager reserves the right to charge an extra damage deposit amount on any booking or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

Electricity:

South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of two and a half hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This is, unfortunately, out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This property is situated in a quiet residential area, and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council. By continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions:

• No parties of any kind are to be held at the property.
• No noise or music of any nature that can be heard by neighbours is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week, and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
• No hooting or shouting in the street at any time, day or night.
• Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and they must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or hen party groups are permitted.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

• No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate, but this can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The property manager requires housekeeping to happen at least once a week for every week of your stay.
• Standard amenities, such as Wi-Fi and DStv if applicable, will be included.
• Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
• Garden and pool services will be included when available.
