The Space:

One Thibault is an architectural icon with beautiful cityscape views from every angle. The building has been renovated from the inside while retaining its historic exterior facade. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the warmth and trendy vibe of the area. This business-rich city node is also not foreign to buzzing cultural parades nearby, such as colourful music and jazz festivals.

The unit includes a mini kitchen, a queen-sized bed, a shower, and a sitting area plus a Tv equipped with Netflix.

The building does not experience loadshedding.

Guest Access:

• Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

• We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
• Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
• Please note, you are required to have your valid physical identification document (Id/ passport/ drivers) on arrival for check-in.

• A refundable damages deposit of R2000 is required to secure your reservation.

• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10pm)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
