This Luxurious Apartment takes up the whole 7th floor and is located in the heart of the CBD in a lifestyle node where you can meet, shop, taste, explore, and stay. The Balcony overlooks the Iziko Heritage Museum. Perfectly located within the cultural quarter of the city, near the lush greenery of The Company Gardens. Modern, yet rooted in heritage, it is from here that you truly get a sense of Cape Town at its best. Just a scenic 10-15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The Space:

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern furnishing, appliances, and finishes throughout. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the space the perfect base from which to explore the city, mountains, and beaches.

Bedroom 1:

Wake up to an enchanting view of the city and a peak of Table Mountain in this elegant room with a comfortable Queen-size bed. Jump into a refreshing shower in the stylish walk-in shower with marble tiling.

Bedroom 2:

A comfortable Queen-size bed is provided in the room for a restful night's sleep. For added flexibility and comfort, take a refreshing shower in the standalone bathroom opposite right next to the room.

Very important regarding pool, gym & parking:

There's no parking in the apartment building but we've arranged a dedicated parking bay, pool, and gym access in a separate building (ADDERLEY PARK), 50-80 meters from the Church Square House building entrance. The Adderley Pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. Outside of these hours, use of the POOL and DECK is strictly prohibited. ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited at the pool.

• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 4 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
