This gorgeous four bedroom villa is situated in a very desirable area of upper Claremont in the leafy Southern Suburbs. The villa has some lovely views and well situated for your summer vacation in Cape Town. It is a mere 20 minutes to the beaches, 10 minutes to the V&A Waterfront and a stroll away from Claremont Cavendish centre with its shopping and restaurants.
