This wonderful three-bedroom apartment is perfect for families looking for a conveniently located lock-up and go with all the creature comforts you would expect from a hotel stay but with loads more space to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Cape Town.
The open-plan living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy the views as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows slide open to cool the listing with fresh sea air on hot days. Two panel heaters serve to warm the space on colder days. Both lounges offer flatscreen TV’s with DSTV and the dining area can seat 8.
The open-plan kitchen features brand new Smeg appliances and has been equipped with all the essentials to cook up a storm (with a view of course).
All the bedrooms feature ample cupboard space, American shutters, ceiling fans for hot nights and panel heaters for cold nights. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, while bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom (with shower only). The main bedroom and bedroom 2 also have flatscreen TV’s with DSTV.
Located on Beach Road, between St. Johns and Church, you will be right in the heart of Sea Point. Join locals for long walks on the Sea Point Promenade. Grab a bite to eat at any of the amazing local eateries nearby. Or jump in an Uber to get to the famous beaches of Clifton/ Camps Bay or the equally famous V&A Waterfront (in the other direction) in just a few minutes.

Great experience! 10/10 The hotel was better than we expected. The rooms were spacious. The living room had a beautiful view of the beach. The service staff was very friendly (managers, security guards and cleaner). If we go to Cape Town again, we will definitely stay at this same hotel again. Great experience! 10/10

Great place with beautiful views. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for families! It's close to restaurants and you can do lovely walks on the promenade. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, friendly, and accommodating!

Lovely position close to the bustle, restaurants and shopping. We were able to hire E-scooters and bicycles just across the road and the apartment had a lovely view. Dual living spaces allowed flexibility and plenty of a place to chill. The kitchen was well-appointed. The main-en-suite was large and bright. The security was good. We had a great stay and had fun exploring the activities and restaurants in and around the area.

Great view! The place is clean and well equipped like a home away from home. The daily cleaning service is excellent. Peaceful and quiet, no parties or events allowed at the building.
