This highly walkable urban village is a treasure trove of trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants and boutique stores. Located within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.

This restored historical townhouse is set across 2 levels. The downstairs area consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. There is a Smart TV in the lounge with internet connection, feel free to use your own Netflix account. The kitchen opens into a vine-covered courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The spacious bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and antique bathtub.

Parking:

• Between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, street parking is reserved for residents with parking permits
• We provide a permit to guests which must be displayed in the vehicle
• Parking permits must be returned upon checkout. Failure to return the permit or damage to the permit will result in a R950 charge for replacement

• Check-in from: 15:00
• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
