This lovely apartment is located in a vibey suburb. It is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops, as well as the V & A Waterfront.
This property does not experience load shedding due to it’s proximity to a nearby hospital.
The interiors of this apartment are exquisitely done. The plush lounge furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday. Sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms, furnished with a plush bed and TV. All three bedrooms also have AC, making it perfect for a stay any time of year.
There is also a wonderful communal area where you can picnic on the grass or swim in the sparkling pool while you’re not out exploring the city.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping Monday – Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Joyful stay in fantastic apartment with all things you needThe Property management company was 100% and the whole time of our stay we had a woman to clean and help us in any way she could. I have never in my trips to South Africa had such a service. The apartment was fantastic and over what we expected.

Excellent!!! Absolutely everything was excellent: the attention from before arrival, the willingness to adapt to our schedules, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness, the amenities of the residence (equipped with absolutely everything you may need), and an especially extraordinary detail, the lady who came to clean daily, is of exquisite sympathy and kindness, she certainly made the difference.

This little neighborhood is so close to walkable restaurants, cafes, the Waterfront, and more but felt very secluded in a safe and quiet way with 24/7 security. a great combo of all that's needed in Cape Town.

A magical and spacious apartment right in the middle of De Waterkant. We loved the area. It’s possibly the nicest area to stay in the whole of Cape Town. The apartment is clean, modern, tidy. We loved the parking bay, daily maid and pool and enjoyed drinks on the front patio early evenings. You cannot go wrong with this apartment.
