This designer studio apartment features a modern design with high-quality finishes throughout. It is equipped with a kitchen, a comfortable queen-size bed, a television with Netflix, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 13th-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the Cape Town night-time skyline and daytime city views with a backdrop of De Waterkant Hill, the stadium, and the city.

The building has 24-hour security and access control, secure covered parking, and lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city, and mountains.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

• We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost if required.
• Please note that smoking is prohibited in all parts of the building. Any guest found to be smoking will be charged a fine of R5,000.
• Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.
• Please note, you are required to have your valid physical identification document (identification card, passport, or driving licence) on arrival for check-in.
• A refundable damage deposit of R5,000 is required to secure your reservation.
• Please note there is ongoing construction nearby and you may hear noise during the day.

Please note that the building management requires all guests to present a valid physical identification card or passport at check-in.

Digital copies, photographs on mobile phones, screenshots, scanned copies, or printed copies of identification documents will not be accepted.

To avoid any delays or denied access upon arrival, please ensure that you bring your original physical identification card or passport with you for check-in.

• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 pm).
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
