The main bedroom features a King XL bed, dressing area, TV and ensuite with a bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen XL bed and its own bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms open onto the shared balcony with seating for four.

Air conditioning is fitted throughout, and two parking bays in the underground garage are included. Clifton 1st Beach is a one-minute walk, directly opposite the apartment, making a sunrise swim or a barefoot stroll along the sand part of the daily rhythm. The V&A Waterfront is about a 12-minute drive away.

There is construction near this property. Occasional construction noise can be heard. There is no disruptive visual impact to the view. Building hours are Mon-Fri 7:45-17:30 & Sat 7:45-15:30. The expected completion date is December 2028. Please note that while most construction sites close for the annual Builders' Holidays (15 Dec 2026 - 15 Jan 2027), essential or critical work may occasionally continue during this period.
