Public transport a 2 minute walk away, there is also a designated, off-street parking inside the secure, access controlled building. Walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants/bars. De Waterkant district is close as is the Camps Bay Strip. New Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix.

The studio apartment has lovely views of signal hill and is set back from the main road. It is safe and secure with access control. A small kitchen and nook along with a separate bathroom with bath / shower.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and the off-street parking bay.

Neighbourhood

Greenpoint is on the Atlantic Seaboard side of Cape Town. It's conveniently located between town and the beach strip of Camps Bay / Clifton.

Transit

The MyCiti bus stop is a 2 minute walk away and Uber cars are usually a 3 minute wait and very cost effective.
Nice restaurants/places to get food in the area include Mary Anne's, Giovanni's, El Burro, and a variety of stands at the V&A Food Market. Walking through the Green Point Urban Park is lovely on a sunny day, especially the biodiversity dome.
