This level opens onto a bright living and dining area with seating for five, a TV and access to a balcony with a wood-fired BBQ and dining for eight, alongside a kitchen with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo.

Downstairs offers two further king bedrooms, one with a camping cot, rocking chair and open en suite with a bath, while the other has a dedicated bathroom with a shower. A second living area has comfy seating, a beanbag, TV and biofuel fireplace, plus a play area with books, a playhouse and a desk.

Outside, a pool, dining for ten, gas BBQ, sun loungers and an outdoor shower complete the space, alongside a wet bar with a fridge.

There is construction near this property. Drilling, banging, and builders can be heard. There is no disruptive visual impact. Building hours are Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00. The expected completion date is 30 October 2026.
