The photos absolutely do not do the views justice. Just stunning, 180 degree views of the sea. The condo was spacious and updated. All three bedrooms have excellent views. The kitchen was well-stocked. Washer and dryer worked well. You will want to bring/buy your own paper products (other than toilet paper), toiletries (other than hand soap), and laundry detergent. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold, but it looked very nice and private. Our hosts were fantastic, they were always available and responsive. Short 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and 10-15 minute Uber ride to most other attractions in town. This place is in one of the safest parts of Cape Town, with extensive security measures, however it is always smart to be careful when walking around.

It's always a pleasure to stay at an apartment like this. Their listings are always better than what you expect and Houghton Steps didn't disappoint. Amazing view, luxurious apartment and central to everything! They definitely know how to look after guests - spoiled us with a great welcome gift and were so welcoming! Will definitely be back as soon as we can!

The apartment was beautiful. It was raining when we stayed at the apartment, air conditioning worked well & the apartment was very cozy. We loved the sea view!
