The Property:

The property lies in a Security Estate of just 10 homes, with a front row position and its own gated entrance (the only one on the estate to have this). The Estate is on one the most sought after roads in Bishopscourt, offering an elevated position to ensure fantastic views, and just a few minutes drive from Kirstenbosch gardens.

Bedrooms:

The property features 5 double bedrooms all en-suite. 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, all facing out over the garden with the mountain and city views beyond. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor level, also en-suite, and includes a TV. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and black out curtains / blinds. Please note that there is an extra bedroom on the ground floor of the property that has a single bed and en-suite (no air con but has a ceiling fan), with its own entrance from the garden. This room is available to be used and might be ideal for any extra staff.

Main Level:

A grand entrance greets you as you enter the property with an impressive double sided staircase to the first floor and double height entrance hall. The house has a wonderful flow with the kitchen, 2 living rooms, play or TV room and dining room all opening onto the garden. The kitchen includes a convenient scullery, extra large range cooker, and breakfast bar. It is extremely well kitted out with some nice ‘extras’ such as an extra stove top, air fryer, microwave and Barista Rocket Coffee Machine (using freshly ground beans for the ultimate brew!). The do not have air-con as there is excellent air flow throughout, however there are tasteful ceiling fans should you need. There is also a ‘cool’ bar for evening cocktails.

Additional Information:

The home has Solar to ensure constant power, excellent dimmable lighting throughout and high speed wi-fi. Daily house-keeping Monday-Friday is included with your rental. For any winter guests, the home offers underfloor heating throughout the home.

Master bedroom: King size, extra length. En-suite bathroom with his and her basins, bath and shower. Dressing room. Mountain and city views (particularly lovely at night with the sparkling city lights).

Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, 5 all have Queen size beds, extra length. All en-suite.
