Kai Camps Bay is a spacious six-bedroom villa in Camps Bay, ideally located for exploring Cape Town’s coastline, with Camps Bay Beach a +/- 5-minute drive and the Table Mountain Cableway +/- 10 minutes away. The home doubles as a gallery, with a curated Pop Art collection woven into every room.

The villa is entered on the middle level, where an open-plan kitchen with an air fryer, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher opens to a living area with a wood fireplace, dining for ten, and a sun room overlooking the ocean. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning and a shared balcony, while two further top-floor bedrooms offer bunk and queen beds with balcony access and ocean views.

On the lower level, two queen bedrooms open directly onto the pool and garden, alongside a second kitchenette and lounge leading onto a patio with dining for eight and garden access, gas BBQ and sun loungers. A separate cottage with a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette and living area offers additional accommodation for two.

Thoughtfully decorated interiors complement a relaxing coastal stay, and a double garage, alarm and CCTV complete the offering, ideal for large groups seeking space and coastal charm.

There is construction near this property. Occasional construction noise can be heard. There is no disruptive visual impact to the view. Building hours are Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00. The expected completion date is 30 April 2027. Please note that while most construction sites close for the annual Builders’ Holidays (15 Dec 2026 – 15 Jan 2027), essential or critical work may occasionally continue during this period.

Housekeeping is Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.
