Space
The new home constructed over three levels by world renowned design firm SAOTA.
Entrance level consists of main entrance leading to lobby, lower bedroom and bathroom.
Continue up a couple flights of stairs and you will find yourself on the bedroom level consisting of another four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a pyjama lounge.
A few more stairs up and will find yourself in the open plan living area, which consists of lounge with wood fireplace, dining area and angular kitchen area with discreet scullery area.
There is a small office space should you wish to catch up on any work.
This area opens to the large back yard with swimming pool, outside dining and lush grassy area.
There is also a separate seating and barbecue area should you wish relax outside.
Access
Guests will get a set of keys on arrival and alarm details will be explained during check in.
Neighborhood
Situated high up on the Signal Hill mountain side is the suburb of Tamboerskloof. Overlooking the Cape Town City bowl, harbour and with a beautiful unobstructed view of Table Mountain.
Transit
Taxis and Ubers are available at short notice because of close proximity to the Cape Town CBD.
Guest vehicles can be parked on the property.

Note that the property is spread over three levels with multiple staircases, The property is therefore not ideal for clients with disabilities, mobility issues and small children will require adult supervision.
