The apartment itself was modern, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The only "negative" is that there is no socket in the bathroom. Otherwise everything is flawless. The building and especially the rooftop pool are just great! We were mostly alone up there - and if not, the other residents were super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back!

Accommodation is great and exactly like in the photos. It is modern, clean and well equipped. The location is very good in Sea Point with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt very safe. The car is safely parked behind a gate in a separate parking lot. You can easily reach everything with Uber from the accommodation. The accommodation is cleaned and refreshed every day. We can highly recommend the accommodation. The communication with was also very relaxed.

We had such a great stay and so much fun in this apartment! Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice—the place is even better in person. It had everything we needed, and the view of the sea was absolutely stunning, both day and night. I’ll definitely be booking this place again when I’m back in Cape Town. was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Please just include a rail in the bathroom to hang washing cloths and towels.

Very comfortable stay. Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and good range of kitchen equipment. Very clean with fresh towels and a bed make up service every day as well as an overall clean. Very secure complex with onsite parking. Pleasant terrace patio furniture. The hosts were super responsive to requests (e.g. we asked for our housekeeper to come later in the day or not at all some days), they arranged a later check out etc.

The accommodation is super nice, clean and spacious. The location is also great, although not centrally located on the main street, the view was unbeatable. The address of the accommodation was unfortunately not correctly stored. The entrance to the building was on the parallel street. Better instructions for check-in would have been helpful here. In general, we can recommend the accommodation, with the tip to discuss the check-in in advance.

My stay at Apartment #002 started off really well — the apartment itself is lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, things took a turn when extremely loud music began playing from another unit on my floor early in the morning and continued until midday. I reported this issue several times to the apartment management and was told someone would attend to it, but no one ever did. This was frustrating, as the noise only got worse, to the point that I had to leave the apartment for some peace. To make matters worse, the same happened again late on Saturday night, this time coming from what sounded like a nearby building, lasting until around 3:30 a.m. I barely got any sleep and couldn’t reach anyone from management despite trying to call several times. While the apartment itself is beautiful and well-kept, the lack of noise control and management response made my stay very uncomfortable. Unless you don’t plan on resting or sleeping during your stay, I wouldn’t stay here.
