Excellent flat, and would like to stay again, but the issue with the water heater must be resolved. My family and I had an excellent time and enjoyed staying at 301 Parama. The apartment was modern and technologically advanced. The location of the property is excellent, close to everything a tourist needs, with very tight security. The marina was so relaxing. The cleanliness of the property is top-notch, and the host (Marcos) was very helpful and supportive. He was very quick to respond to our calls.

Very nice apartment, but not as described, as the third bedroom was almost non-existent. It is important to be accurate in an advertisement! The service was mediocre, with a lot of uncertainty and difficulty in getting what we wanted.
