The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking, and lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other Things To Note:

• We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
• Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities, are provided.
• Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the building. Any guest found to be smoking will be charged a fine of R5,000.00.
• A refundable damages deposit of R5,000.00 is required to secure your reservation.
• You are required to have a valid physical identification document (ID, passport or driving licence) on arrival for check-in.
• Your secure parking bay is on the 10th floor, with lift access straight to the apartment level.
• Please note there is ongoing construction nearby and you may hear noise during the day.

Digital copies, photographs on mobile phones, screenshots, scanned copies or printed copies of identification documents will not be accepted. To avoid any delays or denied access upon arrival, please ensure that you bring your original physical ID or passport with you for check-in.

• Parties or events are not permitted at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 pm).
