Resting against the majestic Twelve Apostles and overlooking the azure waters of Camps Bay, the magnificent three-level Sea Boulders is an ideal retreat for visitors wanting to experience the glamorous Capetonian lifestyle. Echoing its name and commanding breath-taking views, this luxurious 6 bedroom villa is an artful assimilation of savvy design, opulent décor and sophisticated style. Each level enjoys spacious living and dining areas, beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite or shared bathrooms and access to wide terraces with spectacular views.
Two innovative, fully-specced kitchens with extended scullery, pantry and laundry, complete with gas hob with electric oven and state-of-the-art appliances can be found on both levels of the villa. Two comfortable lounges boasting state-of-the-art entertainment systems, deep-set kudu leather couches and an indoor wood barbeque (on the upper level) seamlessly flow onto outdoor timber decking, creating magnificent entertaining spaces.

- There are 2 flights of stairs from the parking garage to the entrance of the villa, and therefore not suitable for the elderly.

The place was amazing! The housekeeper was amazing and made our lives so much easier as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape town. The pool and hot tub were both great and every room was a good size and the place was extremely clean. Thanks for having us! Arnab

The house was lovely and we had a wonderful time. Our Butler was exceptional we have never come across a person with just dedication and care. Nothing was too much for him, even though he had a 6 bedroom house too clean and 12 guests to take care of on his own. He truly made our stay outstanding and I believe he is the reason I rate this house so high. Thank you again for all you did.

It was very enjoyableVery big and clean with great views on the terrace. Close to beach but takes 30 minutes walking. All the rooms were clean and bathrooms were very nice. The TV is a little old and small but has Netflix and YouTube. Kitchen tools and glassware afforded. Jacuzzi was good and could fit three people easy. Very nice housecleaning staff.

Great House with a Great View. Service provided was excellent. You will find there everything you Need for a Great and luxurious vacation. Also very flexible in terms of individual request such as different Check in or out times. Only thing that didnt work for the week was wifi. Tried to fix it but unfortunately were not able…

We had booked a different house but due to a mix-up on their end we had to be moved. The house was not in Cape Town as we had wanted, but was a nice location at Camps Bay. The house was very large with good views. The house needs some maintenance but was comfortable for our time here. They also went out of their way to make up for the original mistake they had made. We'd book with them again.

It's a slightly aged but nice Villa. The person who helps out at the property is amazing. Check-in & communication is perfect.
