Sea Point delight is a quaint, tranquil and aesthetically pleasing, self-contained apartment situated on the border of Fresnaye and Sea Point.
The property offers peace and quiet all the while being situated close to all amenities such as the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and boutiqes.
The property boasts 2 Bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a large pool and outdoor dining area, which is equipped with a dining table seating eight people, sun loungers, a reading area and a Weber Braai (BBQ).
