Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. There is also a well-fitted indoor gym with beautiful mountain views.

This apartment was designed and furnished with a lot of love and has a sunny and airy feel with large sliding glass doors and windows. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and everything you could need. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV with Netflix. The lounge opens onto a spacious balcony with a table and seating area and a sun-blind. The bedroom is upstairs and features an en suite bathroom, aircon, TV/Netflix and a balcony. The whole apartment has amazing views of Cape Town.
