Enjoy lounging by the beautiful infinity pool right by the beach, sundowners in the garden and morning swims in the beautiful ocean.

Space:

Stunning beach house on the most popular 2nd beach on Clifton. 2 large double bedrooms en-suite (with direct sea views) plus a third bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom. Rim flow pool overlooking the beach below. Sunset facing. Underfloor heating and fireplace. Arguably one of the best positions in CT. Also includes a Boules court!

Just before you walk onto the beach you will find the entrance to the bungalow. Enter through a beautiful flowered garden, past a trickling water fountain and enter the the house. The house has two floors with large open plan living areas and sea views all around. The decor is light and homely.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom en-suite and a smaller twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The mast bedroom leads onto the balcony where you will also find an outdoor shower looking straight onto the beach.

Downstairs is the second large double bedroom en-suite with sliding doors onto the the garden/pool area, and outdoor lounge seating area.

The house comes with a garage parking bay on the beach road, convenient for the busy summer periods.

A beautiful house, both in summer and winter. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after spending time in this tranquil setting. Simply one of the most beautiful spots on Cape Town.

Please note the house is located on the beach steps and therefore there are 60 steps down to the entrance of the property (as with most Clifton beach houses).
