The apartment has been completely renovated with modern furnishings and appliances and is situated in the iconic Mandela Rhodes Place building, which has been meticulously refurbished while maintaining its historical exterior facade. As an added perk, this building does not experience loadshedding (power cuts). You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, with amenities such as Uncapped Wifi, a communal pool deck, complimentary access to a nearby gym, 24/hour security access control, and secure covered parking (paid).

• Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

• We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost if required.
• Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
• The apartment is located in an area not affected by loadshedding (power cuts).
• Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (Id/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.
• A refundable damages deposit of R2000 is required to confirm your reservation.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10 p.m.)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
