The living and dining areas are ideal for mornings or dinners, featuring seating for six, dining for eight, and a bookcase filled with curated reads. A newly installed (2025) kitchen features an electric hob, bar seating, and a Nespresso machine, supporting easy entertaining.
The master suite offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, an open en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, and stunning mountain views. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a dedicated bathroom with a bathtub. Two underground parking bays, excellent Wi-Fi, TV subscriptions and access to the communal gym ensure comfort and convenience. Located within a 15-minute drive to the V & A Waterfront, walk to the Company’s Garden, and the city's finest cultural landmarks, Elevea is a serene base from which to experience Cape Town.

We felt right at home in this beautiful lofted apartment with incredible mountain views. The hosts accommodated our early check in and showed us how to navigate the building which can be a bit of a puzzle. Perfect for a week’s stay, the kitchen was fully stocked and equipped for making meals at home and the layout is well thought out. The layout of the primary bathroom was unexpected for us because it wasn’t separated from the bedroom at all. Also and the fact that the second bathroom had a bath can be an issue for larger groups. We really enjoyed engaging with the housekeeper. She was so friendly, helpful, and warm and she always brightened our mornings when she came by. Highly recommend this apartment for the views, the decor, and the high ceilings

I stayed in this apartment for about two and a half months, and it truly felt like home. The space is filled with natural light, and the very high ceilings create such an airy and spacious atmosphere. Everything is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail and aesthetics. The apartment is very comfortable for daily living and cooking. A special thanks to the housekeeper, who kept everything in impeccable condition — the level of cleanliness was outstanding. The underground parking was also extremely convenient: just take the elevator down and drive straight out. The location is fantastic: only 10 minutes to Table Mountain, about 5 minutes to the Waterfront, 15 minutes to Clifton, and around 40 minutes to Stellenbosch farms. This place gave me the perfect balance between comfort at home and easy access to all my favorite spots around Cape Town. Highly recommend for a long-term stay!

The place was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay so much that it felt wrong leaving. The property is conveniently located in the Cape Town CBD, just a few steps from Golden Acre, Company Garden and St. George’s Mall. The apartment itself is beautiful, cozy, modern, opulent and simple all at the same time. And the team were so very friendly, highly responsive and very kind. We requested for a later check-out and they gladly accommodated our request. Will definitely stay again! PS: I should have eaten the olives. ðŸ¤
