This open-plan layout offers a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space, modern appliances, and plenty of storage, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen overlooks a stylish lounge area with a comfy couch, a plasma TV and a cosy dining space—perfect for entertainment. The lounge area walks out into a spacious deck facing the ocean that features a gas grill and bar area, making it ideal for alfresco dining while you take in the view of the dock and the endless horizon. The entertainment deck can also be entered through the extra TV room, which offers a quiet cosy space to unwind and enjoy your favourite shows or movies.

The dining area flows out onto a second balcony that shares an entrance with the second bedroom, perfect for catching some fresh air over a round of Yoga while enjoying the view of the stadium with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains.
