Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities, are provided.

Please note this property requires a R5,000 security deposit.

Please note there is construction taking place in the Waterfront and you may hear noise daily.

The building is currently undertaking extensive repairs to the lift. As a result, the lift will be out of service for approximately two months, covering July and potentially extending into August. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while the necessary work is being completed.
