Beautiful place.

The check-in experience was not the best. A representative arrived more than 30 minutes late, they quickly went through the necessary check-in information, clearly having a much more important engagement than the routine check-in procedure. Towel rails in the main en-suite were broken, and the jacuzzi was not working. Despite reporting these issues, no action was taken to address them.
